Gender Equalities at Work – Learning Lessons from the Past for the Present

The UK Women’s Budget Group are delighted to host this discussion on Gender Equalities at Work – Learning Lessons from the Past for the Present.

Frances Galt and Hazel Conley will present research findings from part of the project ‘Gender Equalities at Work’, an interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers from the University of Edinburgh, University College London, and The University of the West of England.

This presentation will be followed by an analysis of the current issues around the gender pay gap and gender earnings gap by the UK Women’s Budget Group’s researcher, Hana Abid.

Lastly, Felicia Willow, interim CEO at the Fawcett Society, will set out key strategies we can develop and use to address issues around workplace gender equality.
