Jules Allen

Jules is a social researcher and is currently a research director at the National Centre for Social Research. She has almost twenty years experience working across higher education and civil society in funding, research and teaching roles. Her PhD research focused on the role of social norms in fathers’ use of parental leave entitlements across Sweden, Portugal and the UK. She has a particular interest in parental leave, the gendered division of labour and equalities at work.
